By working with the thermal inertia in the building, the energy consumption of ventilation, heating and cooling has declined. Ecopilot® Analysis has identified problem areas in the property, which if they were rectified could reduce the energy costs further. The property owner has decided to install more Ecopilots® based on this successful project.
Energy classification
Fatburssjön 8 now has a D-classification in accordance with the European standard for energy efficient buildings. This corresponds to 100–135 per cent of the new construction requirement for premises. Without an Ecopilot® installation, Fatburssjön 8 would have an E-classification.
