AMF – Marievik 14
This is an office building which has now largely been converted to teaching premises. The property was built in 1944 with eight floors. Between 1998 to 1999 the property was extended with two floors.
Assignment/solution
Ecopilot® was installed in connection with modernisation of the control equipment. At the same time the existing room regulation was integrated in order to optimise the property’s indoor climate and energy consumption.

Ecopilot® now coordinates ventilation, heating and cooling so that the thermal inertia in the property can be utilised. The property owner has attained a good overview of the indoor climate through Ecopilot® Analysis.
Energy classification
Marievik 14 now has a C-classification in accordance with the European standard for energy efficient buildings. This corresponds to 75–100 per cent of the new construction requirement for premises. Without an Ecopilot® installation, Marievik 14 would have an E-classification.
